From profile to first shift in four steps
The order is the same for every job. You always know which step your application is on.
Profile
Fill in the form on the site and attach a CV or documents if you want. Three minutes, no account needed.
Review
We look at your experience and paperwork, ask what is unclear, and match you to a job that will take you.
Employer
We present you to the company and agree the terms: shift, pay, housing, travel, start date.
Departure
Contract, travel, accommodation. After that we stay reachable, in case something goes wrong on site.
We handle applications ourselves. Your profile only reaches an employer once you have agreed to it.
What we take on
Four things a candidate should not have to pay for or negotiate alone.
A contract straight with the employer
You sign an employment contract with the company, not with an intermediary. Wages come from the employer and taxes are paid in the country of work.
Housing and travel
Every listing states what the employer covers. If accommodation is paid for, it says so in the listing rather than turning up as a surprise on arrival.
Document checks
We look at passports, permits, welding certificates and licences. We tell you up front what is missing and what can still be arranged before departure.
Contact after departure
We stay reachable after the first shift. If reality on site differs from what was promised, we sort it out - you do not do it alone.
From Tallinn to the factory floors of Northern Europe
We work out of Estonia. The routes run from here to our employers: shipyards in Norway, industrial sites in Finland, metalworking in Sweden, logistics in the Netherlands.

The things people ask most often
Do I need a language?
It depends on the job. Every listing states which language is needed and at what level: some positions run on basic English, or none at all.
What about housing and travel?
Each job carries “housing” and “travel” markers, meaning the employer covers those costs. Where a marker is missing, we discuss it separately.
What happens to my documents?
Only we see them. Your profile goes to an employer after you agree, and never into public view.
Send your profile and we will see what fits
Three minutes to fill in. We answer even when nothing suits right now: your profile stays in our database.
