What we stand on
Terms are known before signing
Pay, schedule, housing and travel are written in the vacancy, not discovered on arrival. If we do not know something, we say so rather than guessing on the employer's behalf.
Everything goes through us
An application does not reach an employer on its own. We review it first and show it only after the candidate agrees - and we say exactly who to.
Candidates pay nothing
Our fee is paid by the employer. We take no money from a candidate at any stage - not for applying, not for paperwork, not for starting work.
Contact does not end at departure
We stay in touch after the first shift. If things on site differ from what was promised, we deal with it, not a person alone in a foreign country.
