Terms of use

A short document about how things stand between you and SolidForce when you use this site.

In force since

Version

1. What this site is

The site belongs to SolidForce OÜ and exists to publish vacancies and receive candidate applications.

By using the site and sending an application you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. It is free for candidates

We take no money from candidates - not for applying, not for placement, not for starting work. Our fee is paid by the employer.

If someone asks you to pay in the name of SolidForce, it is not us. Write to info@solidforce.eu.

3. What we expect from you

The details in your application must be true, and the documents you attach your own.

Overstated experience comes out at the interview or in the first week on site - and costs you the job and us the relationship with the employer.

Sending someone else's documents or knowingly false information ends the possibility of working through us.

4. Vacancies, and what we do not promise

The terms in a vacancy - pay, schedule, housing, transport - are stated as the employer gave them to us, and we keep them as current as we can.

Applying does not mean you will be hired: the decision is the employer's and we do not make it.

We do not guarantee that a suitable vacancy will be found, and we are not responsible for the employer's decisions once you have started work.

A vacancy may close before your application reaches us. In that case we keep it for similar positions later - unless you ask us not to.

5. Site content

The texts, images, logo and design of this site belong to SolidForce OÜ.

Vacancy texts may be forwarded and quoted freely: that is what they are written for. Everything else needs our permission.

6. Availability

We try to keep the site running but do not promise uninterrupted service: updates, provider failures and outside events happen.

If your application did not go through, write to info@solidforce.eu and we will take it by hand.

7. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.

We prefer to settle disagreements by correspondence. Failing that, the dispute is heard by the court at the seat of SolidForce OÜ.

A consumer may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (tarbijakaitse.ee).

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is always on this page, with its date at the top.
